What is PME Expo Services?
PME Expo Services is a national full service exhibition contractor for trade shows, conventions and special corporate events. We handle all aspects of an event from table, chairs, carpet, floor plans, graphics and freight services.

What is an Exhibitor Services Manual?
An Exhibitor Services Manual is created for each event. It includes information specific to the event you are participating in, such as show hours, show colors, exhibitor move-in and move-out times, as well as policies and procedures of the facility.

In addition, many options are offered, such as material handling and freight services, additional furniture and accessories for your booth, custom signs and banners, labor to assist with the installation and dismantling of your booth, and much more. In most circumstances, you will also find forms to order electrical, telephone and other utilities.

Please keep this manual with you during the show and always have a copy of what you ordered when you're at show site.

What does my booth include?
If you have received an Exhibitor Services Manual, the first page states all the standard equipment included in your booth.

Can I substitute an item that is included in my booth package?
Unfortunately, we are unable to substitute any of the items that show management has chosen for you. If you need additional items you may use the order forms included in you Exhibitor Services Manual.

What are Exhibitor ID Signs?
Exhibitor ID Signs may be part of your standard booth equipment. They are 7" X. 44" signs on card stock. Depending on what is chosen for your particular show, the sign usually includes your company name and booth number. Show management supplies the company name to us.

Is carpet included?
Each event has different criteria in regards to carpet. Please refer to the Exhibitor Services Manual for more specific information.

How do I order cleaning services?
Standard service includes vacuuming and daily trash removal. Additional services available include carpet shampoo and dusting. Refer to form included in your Exhibitor Services Manual.

Ordering of graphics/signs.
Please contact us directly to order any special graphics, banners or signs. Our graphics department can provide many specialty signs including wide format color graphics, vinyl banners, logo reproduction, etc.

Sign materials
Our sign materials range from foamcore and colored cardstock to vinyl banners and lettering. Contact us to discuss what you are looking for.

How do I send a logo or graphic?
You may send logos or graphics as the following Windows compatible file types, *.jpg, *.tif, *.bmp, *.eps or *.gif. You may email the item to our graphics department or send it to us via cd.

What is my order deadline?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders, including payment in full, must be received fifteen (15) days prior to exhibitor move-in to guarantee availability. The exceptions being; special graphic orders, modular rental units, show cases and any item that has been designated as an early order in your Exhibitor Services Manual. PME Expo Services reserves the right to change any and all order deadlines.

On the "Furniture and Accessories Order Form" what is the difference between discounted prices and regular prices?
Discounted prices are for orders placed with PME Expo Services before the deadline date stated on your order form (normally, fifteen (15) days prior to exhibitor move-in). Any order placed after this date, or during the event, will be charged the regular price.

Can I fax the order form?
Yes, you may fax your order form and the item(s) order form to our offices at (407) 656-7234. All orders and payments must be received fifteen (15) days prior to exhibitor move-in to guarantee availability.

How do I get an electrical hook-up?
You should find in your Exhibitor Services Manual an electrical order form.

How do I get a telephone/DSL/Internet line/Audio Visual Equipment?
PME Expo Services does NOT provide telephone services. Telephone services are usually handled by the facility the show is located at. You should find in your Exhibitor Service Manual a form from the facility for telecommunication and internet service. If neither of these forms are in your manual, please call the facility to ask how they handle phone and internet service requests.

PME Expo Services does provide audio visual equipment. Audio Visual Equipment may be ordered on the form included in your Exhibitor Services Manual.

What is Drayage?
Drayage is material handling. There is a charge for material handling/drayage that is incurred by shipping directly or to our advance warehouse. The cost is based on a per hundred pound rate (with a two hundred pound minimum), and is paid directly to PME Expo Services.

Drayage includes receiving of your freight, and storage for up to thirty days prior to move-in, delivery to booth, storage of empty packing materials and return of outbound shipment from booth to loading dock.

What is Direct Shipping?
Direct shipping is any shipment that will be shipped directly to the show site/facility. If shipping direct, your shipment must arrive on the day of exhibitor move-in. If the shipment arrives prior to exhibitor move-in, the facility will refuse your shipment.

Please note that each event and facility has different rules regarding Direct Shipments, including not accepting any shipments. Refer to your Material Handling Information/Rate Schedule in the Exhibitor Services Manual for specific event instructions.

What is Advanced Shipping?
Advanced Shipping is any shipment sent to a PME Expo Services designated warehouse. When shipping in advance, the shipment should not arrive more than thirty (30) days prior to the exhibitor move-in date, or less than three (3) days prior to the exhibitor move-in date. If the freight arrives in our advance warehouse within three (3) days of the exhibitor move-in date, PME Expo Services will impose a late delivery fee and if applicable, overtime charges.

What if I miss the advance shipping deadline?
If you miss the advance shipping deadline, you have two options; first, you may still ship to the advance warehouse but you will incur late charges and possibly overtime charges. The other option would be to ship directly to the facility. Please call PME Expo Services for more information concerning late shipments.

Can I hire forklift services?
Forklift services can depend on many factors. Please contact us directly to discuss the use of a forklift.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Our forms of payment include; check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. A credit card authorization is required for all orders, even if you will be paying by check.

What is the Third Party Payment form used for?
Third party payment forms are used when an exhibitor hires another company to do certain work for them. You are authorizing a third party to do your work, and to pay the charges incurred.

What is a Non Official Contractor?
If for any reason you do not use the services of PME Expo Services, and hire a Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), the Non Official Contractor form MUST be filled out, and a certificate of insurance must be forwarded to PME Expo Services within thirty days of your scheduled move-in date.
